# Deliverables 

**Deliverables** serves as the centralized repository for every file generated across your project in Actions—including site specs, content briefs, blog/landing page drafts, outreach target lists, and technical audit reports.

## What Deliverables Does

Assets created across different Actions tools land automatically in Deliverables.

Instead of navigating back through individual execution runs, Deliverables provides a single, chronological view of all generated project files with direct download links and source attribution.

## Filtering Generated Files

Deliverables provides two primary filters to locate specific project assets quickly:

### Filter by Source Module

Narrows down assets by the specific generator page: **Site Structure**, **Content Creation**, **Brand, Trust, Authority**, **Mentions & Backlinks**, or individual **Skills** audits.

## Standardized File Naming Conventions

All exported assets follow strict naming patterns to keep local drives organized:

Use Deliverables to package assets for specific team members, clients, or partners:

* **Copywriters & Editors:** Filter by **Briefs** and download matching `.md` files. Pair with `blog_` or `platform_` drafts for editorial polishing.
* **Developers & Technical Teams:** Filter by **Reports** and select technical skill runs (e.g., On-Page, Link, or Crawlability audits) to populate task backlogs.
* **Clients & Stakeholders:** Filter by **Reports** to download executive strategy `.docx` reports and architecture specs.
* **Outreach & PR Teams:** Filter by **Lists** to export category-specific `.csv` outreach target lists complete with direct submission links.

    No. Every new run generates a distinct timestamped file, maintaining full historical versioning.
